Text to Column (Split text into different columns in excel)

The Text to Column Wizard splits text into different columns. For example, you can split a list of full names into first and second name with separate columns. For this, do the following steps:

1- Select text to split into different columns.

2- Go to the Data tab, in the Data Tools section, select Text to Columns.

Short key alert: Press Alt + A + E to perform the same task.

3- Following Convert Text to Columns Wizard will appear. Select Delimited and press Next.

4- Uncheck all the parameters except Space check box then press Finish.

5- Result. Text will split in different columns.
