To present data in a well-organized way or to show the only relevant data, use the group feature in Excel. In this illustration, we will first learn how to group then un-group data mentioned in the below screenshot.
1- Select data range that you want to group.
2- Go to the Data Tab, in the Outline section, press Group.
3- The Group box will appear, select Rows as we are going to group rows now. Press OK.
4- Result. Now by pressing the negative sign, you can show the more precisely.
Similarly, to ungroup data, First select the data range then go to the Data Tab, select Ungroup from the Outline section.
