Use

It performs SUM function with multiple criteria.

Description

The SUMIFS function performs sum function by meeting multiple criteria based on dates, numbers, and text. Logical operators (>,<,<>,=) and wildcards (*,?) are used by The SUMIFS function for partial matching.

Syntax

=SUMIFS (sum_range, range1, criteria1, [range2], [criteria2], …)

sum_range – The (required) argument to specify the range of cells to sum.

range1 – The (required) range of cells that will be tested against criteria1.

criteria1 – The criteria to be used on the range1.

[range2] – The second [optional] range to test against criteria 2.

[criteria2] – The second [optional] criteria to test on the range 2.
