Returns with the smallest numerical value in a list, e.g. 1st smallest value, second smallest value and so on.
The SMALL function is used to find k-th smallest numerical value from your desired data, based on its relative standing or position.
array – The range of cells from which you want to find k-th smallest value,
K – The position of the desired largest value in the range of cells, e.g. in 2nd smallest, 2 is k.
