Returns with the largest numerical value in a list, e.g. 1st larget value, second largest value and so on.

# Description

The LARGE function is used to find k-th largest numerical value from your desired data, based on its relative standing or position.

# Syntax

=LARGE(array, k)

where,

**array **– The range of cells from which you want to find k-th largest value,

**K** – The position of the desired largest value in the range of cells, e.g. in 2nd largest, 2 is k.

- Excel returns with the #NUM! error if array found empty.
- If k is equal to or smaller than zero then the #NUM! error will also appear.
